Limit of ten (10) $30 restaurant cards per qualifying end-user customer ship-to address. Each restaurant card will be rewarded as a result of a combination of two select Original HP LaserJet print cartridges purchased at the same time.

Timeframe

·       July 1 – September 30, 2010 

 

Process

·       Upon qualifying purchase, you will receive a mail-in coupon to claim your $30 restaurant card(s). 

·       Complete the entire form with proof of purchase and mail to address provided.

·       Once processed, the $30 restaurant card(s) will be mailed to you.

·       Requests must be postmarked within 45 days of purchase.
