Our Lady of Grace School is delighted with our 2 Copystars and our 1 "Mr." Riso. The machines are fantastic but what our school truly needed was attentive customer service. We have found that with San Diego Digital Solutions! If we do have to call for service, our requests are handled with same day service. Wow! Don't get that much anymore. The reps are knowledgable about the equipment, neatly groomed, friendly and respectful. We also are happy about the supplies we order for our machines, too.

We at The Men's Legal Center had been disappointed with the service and prices we had been receiving from our old copy machine rental services.

Dear Jan,
I am writing to express my appreciation to you and the staff at San Diego Digital Solutions regarding the Copystar CS-4035 Copier/Network Printer/Scanner system we recently purchased from you. The system has more than met our initial expectations.
As you know, we offered a number of challenges regarding our sight impaired staff and thanks to your diligence and understanding, you went above and beyond to ensure that the product met our needs.
For example, over half of our staff are vision impaired and the Copystar CS-4035 has been a break-through product from them. They are able to print to their own slot and not have to worry about finding their documents nor be concerned about confidential documents being misplaced.
The scanner and copier functions have been extremely user friendly and the document management functions have greatly assisted us in monitoring overage usage.
Again, thank you for your continued support and for spending the time provide us with a copy/printer/scanning system that benefits the entire organization.

Dear Jan and Barry,
First of all, thank you for your friendship for the past 10+ years. I can't believe that it has been that long!
I first met you when I was looking to purchase a duplicator for the church. After the church purchased their duplicator from you, you and your company continued to deliver exceptional service. Since I have left the church and started my own endeavor in Real Estate, you have continued to be supportive and helped me purchase my first copier in 2003.
I was very happy with my machine for many years and again you continued to stay in touch and make sure my needs were met with regards to my equipment. When Jan told me about the newly upgraded CS-1820 and all the features it provided that complimented my business, it was not long before I ordered it.
I have to say, I am very pleased with my new machine. I especially like the scanning capabilities. That has made a tremendous difference in my business. The CS-1820 is a great machine. I feel like I can now run my business more efficiently.
